Bishop Ricard is the founder of the Center of Hope Community Development Center, the Dare to Excel Ministries and Image Keepers LLC.

Bishop Ricard is a man of integrity whose beliefs and standards are not on the auction block of fame, money, or public opinion. He takes a stand for Godliness and Holiness and "live or die, sink or swim" he is going forward in Jesus. 

Bishop and Lady Ricard have valiantly stood the test of time. It has been through the power of prayer and unity praying that they have faced and overcome every trick of the enemy and obstacle set before them. Bishop and Lady Ricard pray that God's blessings and favor rest upon their lives and the lives of the people they serve as Bishop and First Lady.
